Great that you want to become a member of MSTV Stennis!

Which memberships are available for you?



Full membership

I would like to become a full member, until cancellation, with at least one month's notice before the end of the academic year (September 1st). The Stennis membership fee for full membership is approximately €85.

1st half-year membership

I would like to become a member for six months, from September to January. I can prove that I have a valid reason for only becoming a member for this six months (moving, graduation, etc.). The membership fee for the six-monthly membership from September to January is approximately €55 for this association year.

2nd half-year membership
I would like to become a member for six months, from February to September. I can prove that I have a valid reason for only becoming a member for this six months (moving, graduation, etc.). The membership fee for the six-month membership from February to September is approximately €55.00 for this association year.

If you only want to be a member for the second half of the year, you must register now at INKOM. Re-registration is not possible in February.

Supporting membership

I would like to become a supporting member. The cost of a supporting membership is approximately €25 for this association year. A supporting member cannot use the tennis courts and can only register for non-tennis-related activities. They are also not allowed to vote at the General Members' Meetings. A supporting member may not join any committees.

Registration procedure

To complete your registration, please complete the following steps:

  1. Register using the registration form on the website. You can find this form under "Registration Form."
    Registration is now open!
  2. You can indicate your desired membership type on the registration form. Explanations of the membership types are provided at the top of this page. If you only want to be a member for the second half of the year, you must register now at INKOM. You cannot re-register in February.
  3. You'll receive an email once you've submitted your registration form. Please note: this doesn't mean you've been accepted as a member! Once you receive the "Welcome to Stennis" email, you're officially a member. Your membership will begin on October 1, 2025.
  4. Once you've been accepted as a Stennis member, you're required to purchase a UM Sports membership. This membership is required for the entire duration of your Stennis membership. You can choose between "sports," "gym," or "all-in." You can purchase your membership at the front desk in the UM Sports Center or via the website umsa@mendixcloud.com. You can log in with your UM username and password.

Cancel registration?

If you've registered and decide not to become a member, you have until the end of INKOM, Sunday, August 24, 2025, to cancel your registration. After that, you'll be too late and will be charged the membership fee. You'll also be required to purchase a UM sports membership for the full duration of your Stennis membership. This cannot be canceled during the year.
