Hey everybody!

My name is Sam Gijsbers van Wijk and I'm 21 years old. This year, I'll be taking on the role of secretary of MSTV Stennis.

I'm originally from Zevenaar, a small town near Arnhem. This will be my second year at Stennis and my first year of my master's program in Biomedical Sciences. I enjoy exercising and watching movies in my free time. I'm really looking forward to this year and can't wait to see everyone at the BP or Hazendans!

Treasurer: Tijmen Bik

Hello Hello!

My name is Tijmen, I'm 20 years old, and I come from the ever-beautiful city of Oegstgeest. I'm in my third year of Economics & Business Economics. At Stennis, I served on the PR Committee and the Anniversary Committee, and now I'll be treasurer and sponsorship commissioner. You can find me on the tennis court as often as possible, and I also enjoy a game of paddle tennis. I'm always up for a little shade next to the court or a game of rock-paper-pit. I'm looking forward to having a fantastic year together and creating wonderful memories!

Competition commissioner: Helena Christiaans

Hey everyone! My name is Helena Christiaans, and this year I'll be taking on the role of Tournament Commissioner. I'm 20 years old, and this is already my third year at Stennis. I'm currently in my second year of medical school. I'm originally from a village near Nijmegen, but I'm really enjoying myself here in Maastricht. You'll hardly believe it, but I'm a real tennis player. I used to be a competitive player, and now I love being on the court at all the open tournaments. So, I'm really excited to be involved in organizing tournaments, training sessions, the club championships, and of course, the Stennis Open next year. Besides seeing me a lot on the court, I also love socializing and having a drink. Every Thursday, I look forward to that BP evening. I hope to see you all there, and I'm sure we'll have a fun and enjoyable year!

PR Commissioner: David van der Heide

Hi everyone,

My name is David van der Heide, I'm 19 years old, and I come from the beautiful city of Groningen. This will be my second year at Stennis. After a wonderful year in the OT committee, I'll be heading the PR committee next year and also serving as PR Commissioner. In addition to my year on the board, I'm currently in the second year of my Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences.



I hope I can have a fantastic year with everyone at Stennis, and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone in the BP, where I might be a little more in my element than on the tennis court :)

Commissioner of General Affairs: Jesse van den Besselaar

Hey everyone,

My name is Jesse van den Besselaar, I'm 19 years old and come from the beautiful city of Tilburg. I'm a second-year Biomedical Sciences student and also a second-year student at Stennis. I love sports, reading, and watching movies. I'm often called young, but with my typical Brabantian conviviality, I'll talk you down. Since I've mostly spent the past year off the court rather than on it, I'd like to challenge myself this year to expand my passion for sports to include tennis and padel. I'm looking forward to fulfilling my role as Commissioner of General Affairs on the Kamperman board. Besides my own responsibilities, I'm also really looking forward to enjoying the coming year with all the members!
